Job 1: Job 1 Hybrid
With Job 1 Hybrid, Jennifer combines 10 minutes of targeted strength training with 10 minutes of cycling for one calorie torching workout. Train on and off the bike, all in just 20-minutes. You’ll need dumbbells, resistance bands, and a Beachbody Bike (or any other stationary bike) to do these routines. Job 1 Hybrid can be done by itself, or added to your Job 1 routine.
9 Week Control Freak: Freak Week

Let’s Get Up: LIVE IT UP!
LIVE IT UP! is an extension of the LET’S GET UP! workout library and includes 4 NEW dance workouts (30-35 minutes each) that feature new choreography, remixed songs, and the same on-screen cameo tool as LET’S GET UP!
645 Program: 630
630 is a collection of 6 additional 30-minute workouts with a similar structure to the weekly workouts in 645, but shorter, and great for those on-the-go. Who’s ready to reach their peak this summer?
